5. AI Production-Readiness Scorecard
ALGO may make available an online AI Production-Readiness Scorecard. This tool is designed to help users understand the maturity of their AI initiatives and identify areas that may require further attention before moving AI systems into production.
When you use the scorecard, we may process:
- your answers to the scorecard questions;
- your generated score, category, maturity level or recommendations;
- your name, email address, company and role, where requested;
- your consent choices;
- technical data related to the submission, such as date, time, IP address and browser information.
We use this information to:
- calculate and present your scorecard result;
- send you the result or follow-up information, where requested;
- understand aggregate usage of the scorecard;
- improve the scorecard and related ALGO content;
- contact you about ALGO services where you have requested this or where another lawful basis applies.
We will not use scorecard answers to make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects for you.
Where scorecard data is used for internal analysis or service improvement, ALGO will use aggregated or anonymised information where reasonably possible.
